Shipping Policy

At Deyorra Living, we ship every order from our Farmington, CA facility within the continental United States. Below is everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and what to expect after you place an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking once it leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Free on orders $75+): 3-7 business days. Orders under $75 pay a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• Express Shipping ($14.95): 1-2 business days after processing, available at checkout.

Shipping Region

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes for larger items such as monitor arms, treadmills, or desk systems due to carrier size restrictions — a street address is required for these items.

Oversized & Heavier Items

Larger canvas sizes (36x48 inches and above) may require an additional 1-2 days of handling time due to packaging requirements for oversized stretcher bars. Any extended timelines will be noted on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@deyorra.store.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the stated window, occasional carrier delays happen. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier directly on your behalf.
